anything in the list of "ten most common allergies" to be
removed from the market, both the food industry, and the
health care industry would collapse.
Most people with an allergy in that top ten list are not
aware of it. It is only when you get below the top ten list,
that individuals know what they are allergic to.(Sometimes
way below that list.)

There are a lot of conflicting research in the nutrition
industry --- especially when it comes to vitamins. Sometimes
you can use logic to sift out whose data has been falsified.
Sometimes you can't.
