Leadership Team Development - is the new Line of Affiliation formed
primarily from the Winters Organization which was and
offspring/originate
Organizations. LTD functions are now under the banner of Motivational
Concepts.
Bill Britt's BWW is the largest of the Motivational Organizations
around. Other AMOs like LTD, URA and WWDB are all offspring of BWW.
Even Yager's systems all use elements of BWW. BWW = Britt World Wide
Bill Britt was originally in Dexter Yager's tools marketing group. He
split in 1981 and founded BWW, his own training system.
As an aside: A well-kept secret within the Quixtar Motivational
Organizations, a "line of association" is an ARTIFICIAL line of
sponsorship. Diamonds are moved about, regardless of who their upline
is, in an effort to join the Motivational Organization that they want
to.
All 20 Diamonds that currently affiliate with LTD (Winters' team) have
been removed from the BWW.com website as of 2006.
Rumors amongst the Platinums and above during Bill Britt's "retirement"
in 2004 alluded to BWW breaking up into several LOA's. LTD is the first
major group to break away within the US.
LTD chose to break away from Bill Britt, since Britt had retired and
other issues with Paul Miller the Winters team began to act
independently.
Shortly thereafter Winters' team chose to come up with thier own tool
system and no longer work with Trinity Motivation (BWW).
This move also cut off all WWDB tools from LTD. (WWDB - WorldWide
DreamBuilders)
BWW affiliated Diamonds have pulled all their people from Winters' team
opens.
Currently (May 06), Emeralds and above on LTD are doing attitudes and
seminars and are being produced into LTD tools. LTD is fully
operational with online purchasing including: online tools (books &
CDs), function tickets, as well as an optional web office, which tracks
function attendance and CEP numbers, and an online Qi. Most of LTD's
system is derived from what was learned through BWW and Bill Britt.
