It's important to remember that as people gradually get pulled into
MLMs, they are taught how to think and what not to question. They are
led by Big Brother and taught that if they just follow their
instructions all will be great. Piece by piece they lose their ability
to question and reason through a lot of these things.
While I'm sure a lot of us have thought about it, it is unlikely the
drones ever gave it much thought and likely were guided away from
actually thinking about it. If it comes up at all, it must be to talk
about how lucky such people are to have jobs in such a fine (cough,
cough, hack hack) company that treats them so well.
Of course it also never occurs to them to question why so many people
working for the company and watching the inner workings don't want to
just dive in and haven't already gotten rich.
