One of their motivational organizations in the US settled out of court,
just prior to being ruled that it was "an endless chain".
One of their motivational organizations in Canada was convicted of being
a pyramid scheme.
I think that one of their motivational organizations in Australia either
was convicted, or settled out of court prior to being determined to be a
pyramid scheme.
The _only_ way to make money in Herbalife, is to con people into signing
up as distributors. Retail sales are neither profitable, nor cost
effective.
If you are signing up to lose weight, there are half a dozen (at least)
products at your local grocery store that are nutritionally equivalent
to those of Herbalife, but cost substantially less Herbalife.
