Just wanted to say "thanks" for your thoughts! Yeah, I suspect that my sister's weird health choices are not so much about Neways as about being ignorant and gullible. Good idea about giving the kids fruit and nuts ... maybe as they get older they'll see that there are other ways to live, apart from the bad ideas they see modelled at home, but who can say.

as to your rellies, well, i suspect that the "not so smartness "you mention has a lot to do with it.
as anyone with nous can read and check out a label.
and go and confirm rec dailys and sourcing.
and to think that the supplement will make up for bad ,inadequate diet, well..
it reminds me of the beer diet.
just don't eat, but still drink! so you don't get the gut.
a. its downright stupid.
b. they still get the gut!
i reckon neways supps are not that balanced or naturally sourced either.
a basic vitamin would probably be good for the kids, especially if they eat so much crap, and fizzy.
dunno about a neways one though.
and if mum and dad don't give good examples , well how can the kids learn ?
good luck! and maybe give nuts and fruit to the kids for presents?
