This is what worked for me, with Xango:
I called Xango corporate and talked to them personally first. Xango
only offered the original warranty (reimbursment of the original 1
case purchase). That's when I filed the two complaints.
I filed a FTC complaint and a complaint with the BBB of Utah.
Xango first credited my charge card for 2 cases. After the complaint
(I also filed on the materials, leads and tools that I bought) the BBB
set up negotiations on e-mail. I eventually settled for another $600.
I got back about 80% of my investment without return of my material or
unused portions.
I believe we have some links or files here on FTC complaints.
