Personally, I don't have time to spend with someone on the phone, listening to their spiel, only to reject it when I know from the beginning I'm not interested. I'm not sitting around with nothing to do, just waiting for the phone to ring. I would think that after a gazillion rejections and hang-ups they'd get the idea that they're not going to make it. And, just tying up their time once is not going to save others from being contacted by them.

That's my thoughts.
