I don't know who said there were five "magic" questions, but if it were
that easy, then most of us wouldn't be here. We'd have taken care of
all the MLMs a long time ago. Most of the big ones have been around
for decades and many small ones have been started by people familiar
with the systems set up by the big players. These groups have been
refining their brainwashing techniques (and that is not an
overstatement, they are using brainwashing) for years or even decades.
For example, the brainwashing for Quackstar begins at the first meeting
when they say, "Don't tell people about this because if they hear it,
they'll be jealous and want to steal your success so they'll say it
can't work." It's a simple technique, but it starts from the very
beginning of their association with a mark.

That's to be expected. From now on, logic and reason won't matter
because they're using a bag full of tricks to manipulate him
emotionally.
For brevity, I've snipped out your other questions, but I do want to say
the one thing you're doing that is good is that you're focusing on
questions. It's fine line because we're tempted to make the questions
lectures, but the point is to keep them asking questions of themselves
and their uplines. Another point would be to ask them questions you
know their upline has answered and after they respond, point out the
difference between their canned responses and an actual answer.
