[MLM Survivors Club] Re: Dangerous Liaisons: A Dance with the Devil and How I Survived

> Where did I say that I despised anyone?

Your behavior says it. People don't consider harming people they like.

The point of my comments to you was that you cannot paint a picture of
what "all MLMers" are like, especially not based on a single
opportunity meeting. There is no brush wide enough to cover them all.
There are MLMers who are not as polished as others, and there are
others who are extremely sharp. There are highly educated MLMers, and
there are MLMers who may have dropped out of high school. (I think
I've met one of them.) There are some who are friendly and some who
are not. There are some who are fairly successful at business and
some who know nothing of business. There are even some who have been
scammed in different MLMs and haven't given up on the model.

You cannot make broad generalizations based on a limited experience.
The only broad generalizations you can make are those based on a
composite of experiences gleaned from those of a wide cross-section of
people. That's part of why this group exists - to help understand and
explain how MLMs do what they do.

I don't blame you for the way you felt about the experience you had
with these MLMers. But as long as you are in this group, you must
realize that the people you considered hurting are people like those
who are now members of this club.

In the case of MLM, I believe it is better to reach out with an open
hand (to pull them out if nothing else), rather than with a fist.
