Yes. I considered posting the same thing. There are a number of
phrases and sentences throughout your post that, in context, indicate a
desire to hurt these people and a contempt for them. I know people are
a product of their environment, but on the other hand, we are self
aware creatures and that allows us to either be controlled by that or
to control it ourselves.

This is extremely important. I wish I could paint all MLMers with one
brush. I learned to hate them when I watched my (now ex) girlfriend
change and lose any ability to think on her own. I'd love to say
they're all stupid and anyone who gets fooled by them is an idiot.
That isn't the case. My ex-gf was, technically and literally, a
genius. There are many people here (like Paine), who are ex-MLMers,
which means at one time they were MLM drones. I've been here over 2
years and this is a very intelligent group of people. They are not
idiots. In many cases it was likely their very intelligence that made
them targets for the scam.

That's true of any group of people (even though that, in itself, is a

it takes long years of life to learn and not something easily learned

Yes. Remember that many of these drones are victims themselves. They
believe the hype and were pulled in and slowly brainwashed. They have
been assimilated into a very carefully orchestrated program and have
had their thinking altered one stage at a time until they think that
wrong is right. They have literally been brainwashed.
