I am truly sorry to hear all of this and even more amazed that you put
up with it. Honestly, I think it will have to come down to you
leaving him and him falling flat on his face with NO ONE to pick him
up. It's a lot like alcohol/drug addiction. By giving him money and
a place to stay, you and your parents are enabling him to do this
business. You are always there to pick up the slack, to your own
detriment. It may not be what you want to hear, but you would be so
much better off without him. Kick him out and let him fail. It's the
only way he will learn. And he will have to do it without you.
Good luck. I hope you rid yourself of this man. He is full of pipe
dreams and can't get a grip on reality. He's still looking for that
elusive residual income where he will just BE RICH without to any
work. Not gonna happen.
