Yes, Its REALLY BAD for business!!

I can tell you that if I went to a spa, and was pitched an MLM there,
I would not go back - regardless of whether the spa endorsed it or
not. Besides, there is an obvious conflict of interest when an
employee (or ex-employee) pitches a different business(whatever that
may be) at work. The spa should use law enforcement to get her out.
(Somehow, I think a simple warning by someone in uniform will do the
trick).
