My feeling is that anyone running a web site that wants people to see
what they offer should make sure anything like that is in a format most
people can see it in easily. I forgot what format that file was in,
but it's in a lesser used format that I haven't seen used in a few
years.
If someone doesn't care enough or know enough to put the material on
their website in a format that is easily accessible by most of the
people using browsers, then I don't care enough to take the effort to
listen to or see their message.
That is an example of poor salesmanship. Any web developer worth his
salt would know that and would have designed the web accordingly.
Perhaps the company doesn't pay enough and is using a pre-packaged
system?
