I have my own business. I pay my bills. My net worth has gone up quite
a bit in the past few years. I also don't spend hundreds on CDs every
month and actually succeeded without having to do that. I did it
without going to conventions and spending money on tickets, hotels, and
travel.
So I guess I'm not a loser.
And one MAJOR thing that made it work for me is because I knew when to
quit and what to quit. I'm a quitter and if I weren't, I'd still be
trying to get loans for my first business model that just wasn't
working.
If you've got your dream and you're making your life work, you're a
dream maker, not a dream stealer.
Those that brainwash people into spending thousands and thousands of
dollars on business tools are dream stealers.

That's how I got sucked into trying to sell World Book years ago. The
ad looked legit.
I snipped the rest of your post, but I'll say thank you for making some
good points, both above and in what I cut for brevity. Well said!
