They specialize with Real Estate investment and is operating using MLM
structure. I think that their 7 steps concept for investing is good
however, after I joined I was left out to learn how to do transaction
myself. The broker is nowhere in site and my upline is not really good
in guiding me to do a transaction. I'm not sure if this is only
happening in the San Diego office or is also the same with the other
offices.
