I did a Google search for "FusionExcel Quantum+Pendant" and got little
more than you did. I have an extremely busy weekend coming up, so I
may not get to more right away.
I did find one interesting hit that you may find enlightening:

Apparently someone in Malaysia tried to sell one on eBay. Opening bid
was set at 400 MYR (about $120), and the auction ended with no bids.
That, alone, should say a little something about the demand for such a
thing.
If I get a chance to investigate more, I'll let you know what I find.
