I don't know that I'd exactly call it an MLM. The idea is you spend $4
to get the info, then you buy kits for higher prices and you're
basically paying the people who run the business so you can make money.
In that way it is like an MLM.
It's a variation of the same ads on TV and that have been around for
years that say, "Send me a few bucks and I'll tell you how to get
rich." Personally, I'd think if they could make $20k per month, they'd
be doing that instead of sending you postcards offering you the chance
to make the same.
I deal with direct mail. I can't see why I'd pay anyone to do the
mailing when a computer can do it and even communicate with a mailing
company. There's just no need to keep a human in the loop, except for
the one making a profit.
