I would also advise against this.... I got upset and frustrated enough
to let slip some of my true feelings on just how unethical and awful
MLMs are, during a discussion on a related, pretty serious topic with
my boyfriend. And it caused one of the only serious arguments we've
had. It was a mistake and made talking about Quixtar with him harder
for some time after that. Hal's right....it *is* tempting, but I
don't think it's the best route to go.

I've wondered about this too. Other than Quixtar, I've heard a story
from a friend who was approached about selling cell phone plans, and I
know a few people who sell Avon or Pampered Chef or whatever. But
I've never been approached about joining myself.
