Can you please tell me what I need to do to wake her up from her Amway never come true dreams? To open her eyes that there are more important and nice things than Amway? Maybe you have an experience like this. Please share it to me. I don't want to see my sister as a Amway's victim forever. Or if this topic has been discussed, can you refer me to that information as I am a new member here?
Sorry to hear about your sister's fate! I was in Quixtar a while ago and I know what your sister is going thru'.
To be frank with you, you can't wake her up by arguing or presenting logics. Becoz when you're in Amway, you're in a different world where logic don't work. Each person is being tamed or brainwashed by taking advantages of their passions, shortcomings and dreams. Say for example, if someone loves to be praised or cared, then the so called uplines (and entire team) will praise or edify you to make her feel "proud of herselves" and thereby make her think that you've a better life in this team. These guys can give you anything which words can get you at the cost of your money. So naturally, anybody who loves being bluffed love to be there. Inaddition, thru' motivational cds and seminars, they pitch in a leadership kinda logic in which people are obliged to obey a leader/commander- that means suck whatever leader throws! They want everybody to stay away from newpaper, tvs and other media which gives info about outside world. This is just like creating a new Amway world where
you're not allowed to have logic. This is what you're in.
Now think about how to bring your sister out of this crap. It takes the same way you've to bring a drug addict back to real life. Don't argue with her. Because she is taught that those who tell negatives about Amway are the people who don't have dreams and are low achievers, even if it's family members. Give her a chance to analyze her finance- normally she was taught that DELAYED GRATIFICATION won't hurt. But she never realize that SCREWED GRATIFICATION is the result. Now only thing you can do is- Use the same technique which Amway teams do to your sister to keep her in their team.
1. Understand her personality and give what she wants.
2. Make her feel that you guys love and care her. For that you need to make her feel that you're supporting her business. Then pull her out as an insider.
3. Once you're an insider, diver her to family.
