TEAM, formerly known as Team of Destiny, is led by Orrin Woodward and
Chris Brady in a PDP partnership. Originally downline from EDC Ron Hale,
Woodward and Brady split off to form their own AMO once Woodward went
Diamond.
Most of the organization is located in Michigan and growth has erupted
in the past few years. The TEAM gained support as several LOA adopted
their system. They found that with the system that TEAM has in place,
their business began to flourish much more than before.
The Team of Destiny® or TEAM® website describes itself as "a group
of Independent Business Owners (IBOs) teamed together to have fun, make
money, and make a difference." You will not be able to find out any more
about TOD/TEAM from their website unless you have a guest number, which
must be provided by an IBO of TOD/TEAM.
The leaders of TEAM, Orrin Woodward and Chris Brady, as well as a number
of other TEAM affiliated Diamonds have resigned and/or been terminated.
In an official business communication from Quixtar dated 8/13/07, it
claims, Given Team's unwillingness to work with the corporation to
remedy their bad business-building practices, their stated intent to
start a competing MLM and, ultimately, their decision to file litigation
against the business opportunity from which they have profited for
years, the NAFC fully supports Quixtar's decision to terminate these
IBOs' businesses.
The terminations/
Wilson, Randy Haugen, Chuck Goetschel, Tim Marks, Kirk Birtles, James
Martin, Aron Radosa, David Brandy, Benjamin Dickie, Bruce Gilbank,
Michael Martenson, and Chuck Cullen.
According to the law office representing TEAM, Grand Rapids Press and
the Muskegon Chronical, the IBOs representing TEAM that have been
terminated make up 10% of the IBO's registered with Quixtar in North
America.
That number has been documented. As stated above, the pv per IBO is
lower than many organizations, and I was told (though I cannot
substantiate this) that in another article published in the newspaper,
TEAM represents 1.5-2.0% of the volume flowing through Quixtar.

An EDC under Dexter Yager. Wife's name is Toby. Has one leg with
diamonds in it. It is under Emerald Joe DiPala.
DiPala has 2 diamond legs, the first is Diamond Jim an Susan Pare.
The second goes Diamond Larry and Marise Van Buskirk -- EDC Orrin and
Lorrie Woodward -- Founder's Diamond Chris and Terry Brady -- Founder's
Diamond Tim and Amy Marks. I beleive there are other diamonds in this
leg as well.
Hale has not done a very good job of keeping his diamonds buying tools
from him-- Jim an Susan Pare jumped to Casey Combden's InterBiz, while
Woodward took all the rest with him to Woodward's new "Team of Destiny"
group.
It should be noted that all the diamonds who went with Woodward were not
at Diamond when they left Hale. They all earned diamond as ToD members.
Anyways, Ron Hale is a former military man, and actually quite tall. He
probably cleans up in senior-citizen league basketball. Which is good,
becuase he has not built his at-least-10-
Founder's EDC pin or a Double Diamond pin.

Dexter Yager

Dexter and Birdie Yager are the most famous Diamond IBO's in the world
of Quixtar & Amway. The Yagers joined Amway in 1964 at the ages of 25
and 24 after a distant relative showed them the plan. Dexter and his 3
son's are leaders of his business support system InterNET.
He has a massive US organization, marginal business in Latin America,
Asia, Australia and many organizations in Europe and Russia. The biggest
bases they have in US, India, South Korea, China and Japan. They
qualified Crown Ambassador in 1991 (recognised on the April 1992
Amagram).
In 1997 they qualified FDSA with 40 FAA points (recognised on the June
97) and 45 FAA in 1998.
In 1999 they qualified 50 FAA and in 2002 they qualified Founders Crown
Ambassador with 55 FAA points. The Yagers had qualified for the pin much
earlier, but the Founders Crown Pin had not been created yet.
In 2006 they qualified Founders Crown Ambassador with 60 FAA points.
This would require at a mimimum 20 qualified legs, each with a Diamond
in it. Based on FAA Dexter Yager is the second largest pin within the
world of Amway and Quixtar.
During Achievers International in Orlando Florida. Dexter & Birdie were
presented with their 60 FAA annual bonus. Their cash award was
$3,360,000 USD among other awards putting the total budget for his award
at $7 million.
Dexter Yager is touted as the founder of the Quixtar business support
systems. The support systems are separate businesses, and founders of
such systems may realize profits or losses just like in any other
business. The systems consist of CD's, books, rallys, and major
conferences in coliseums. The name of their Business Support System is
InterNET.
It has been estimated that Yager has well over 2 Million IBO's in his
downline.
Friends have good reason for calling Dexter Yager "the master dream
builder." Since he and his wife, Birdie, founded their business in
1964, Dexter has directly helped thousands of Independent Business
Owners (IBOs) identify and achieve their dreams.
"Success is the progressive realization of a worthwhile dream,"
says Dexter. "We concentrate on our IBOs' dreams. When people
set a goal and then work toward it, then they will get it!"
Through his participation in the Independent Business Owners Association
International (IBOAI), Dexter is helping IBOs reach their goals. He has
served on every one of the Association'
President in 1985-86 and currently as Presidents Cabinet Representative.

Bill Britt

Bill Britt was originally in Dexter Yager's tools marketing group. He
split in 1981 and founded BWW (Britt World Wide), his own training
system.
Bill Britt was on the ADA Board by the mid-'70s, The Britt's registered
with Amway in 1970 went diamond in 1973 and double diamond in 1976.
Britt went Triple Diamond pre 1982, Crown in 94 and Crown Ambassador in
96.
In 2002 Bill Britt qualified Founders Crown Ambassador (this was the
year the corporation created the pin). He broke 40 FAA points and 100+
New Diamonds internationally (15 USA) through 26 qualified legs in 2004.
The largest portion of these new diamonds were from China. Britt
estimated in 2004 that his IBO downline is approximately 1.5 Million
with 1 Million based in India thru Founders EDC Kanti & Hemi Gala.
Bill Britt has joked from stage that it was a good thing that "he never
set foot" on India because he went Founders Double Diamond without any
effort; thus, going there would only ruin things (he has since visited
India). Kanti & Hemi Gala had some conflict with BWW India as a result
of which they started their own system Winners International.
Recently the problem is being resolved, and as a result there will be
collaboration between Britt India and Winners International.

The Bill Britt, Dexter Yager Situation
Bill went on to be Dexter's biggest leg and at one point he actually
passed Dexter in numbers participating in his system.
During the mid 80's (termed the Amway Holocaust) where most
organizations were depleted due to the good economy, the 60 Minutes
expose, and the Canadian tax situation, some diamonds started other
businesses.
They were also very involved in Ronald Reagan's election and
re-election.
They started a franchise called Dexter's Subs, and also bought into a
few Hilton Hotels in Ohio along with a few other real estate
investments. This involved a few big diamonds at the time including -
Victor, Zeender, Hamlett, Held, Wead, Renfrow,Britt and of course,
Dexter. Dexter did not live up to his commitments financially. This led
to a major fallout between Dexter and Bill--and the reason that Bill
repeatedly warned his groups not to participate in any side deals with
upline, downline and crossline.
It got so ugly at one time that the corporation forced Bill Britt and
Dexter Yager to bury the hatchet. Apparently the Amway Corporation had
had to hold separate corporate events (Q12, Emerald Club, Diamond Club,
etc). In addition to Bill having a big group, there were many of
Dexter's groups who left Dexter and plugged in with Britt.
The animosity between Britt and Dexter has subsided quite a bit. In an
Orlando 2004 "attitude session" Britt stated from stage that if
interested it was ok for his IBO's to attend Dexter's functions. Also,
BWW & InterNET have worked together in select markets outside the U.S.A.
on varied support-system related issues. For example, Dexter Yager is
listed as a Diamond on the BWW India website.
Bill and Peggy Britt Separation
According to The Burlington Times-News, Bill and Peggy Britt filed for
separation on November 21, 2003. It was blogged that Bill was the victim
of an investment scam and it was in newspapers that he harassed a
female, Phyllis Frankel. Ron Puryear sent a voice message to his team
announcing Bill Britt's retirement.
However, Bill & Peggy have appeared on stage together at multiple large
and some smaller events. They have released recordings of their 2006
seminars. While speaking publicly in January 2006, Peggy said that she
had been very busy with a sick mother, sick cat, and sick husband, and
that she missed everyone, but was very glad to be back. Peggy and Bill
have been in attendance at many BWW functions, including two east coast
summer conferences on the same weekend in July 2007. They were also
together in attendance at BWW Emerald & Diamond Club, held in Maryland
on August 2-5, 2007.

Thanks for sharing this post! I have been researching a lot about Amway and Dexter Yager who is part of Amway. So far I am not interested in Amway even though dexter yager has had a lot of success according to some information I stumbled upon online I still don't know if I should join or not.
This article has some good points though, I'll consider it!
