Definitely have to disagree with you on this, PW. I wouldn't exactly
call the ringleaders of MLM's "victims" - outright greed and
manipulation of others gets them to the positions they are in, and
they know exactly what they are doing.
Outside of their MLM cliques, these people are a joke, and in my
opinion, deserve to be characterized that way. MLMers are definitely
not part of mainstream society.
Look, I think this website is great and very cathartic to those that
are recovering from their own (or their loved ones) involvement in
MLM's, but the "victim" angle is a little overplayed in my opinion.
At some point, people need to accept some personal responsibility for
their actions and not just blame the evil MLM recruiter and the MLM
organization.
