This course of action of yours may never result in getting your money back.
However, you can make their harsh attitude cost them BIG, beginning right
away.
In the end, you may get your money, but obviously, there is not a guarantee.
They can end up declaring bankruptcy, even if you do win.
You must clearly articulate the case that in stealing from you, they reveal
their willingness to steal from anybody and everybody else who is ever willing
to place their trust in their own willingness to tresspass against their own
word.
You need to be prepared to take "hits" in public. Others with mis-placed
loyaties will first, in many cases, rise up against you. After all, to admit that
you are telling them the truth means that they must also admit that they have
also be stolen from. Or, are potential future targets of these con-men (and
women).
I enjoyed most of what I had to endure.
I would always say something llike, "Yeah, all you billionaires think alike.
You are indeed a billionaire, aren't you?" Only Billionaires would rise up to
defend such, after all, if they are relying on you to defend their entire
fortunes, their wealth, perhaps they need to pay you, perhaps they are in very
serious trouble indeed, eh? Especially if they truly NEED *you* to save them from
what it is I am revelaing publicly!
When soemone would question my mental sanity, I would always say, "Why thank
you for caring."
Then I would proceed to ask them "Are you a psychiatrist or a psychologist.
Of course, they were not.
Then I would follow up by asking, "For how long have you been practicing
medicine without a license? Are you aware that to do so is to violate the Law?"
"Is this how you spend your time 'building' your 'business'? By breaking the
Law?"
