The only one I'm aware of is from the Distributor Rights Association,
which has served notices on the board members of the FTC that it
intends taking them to court if the new rules go into effect without
proper consultation and public hearings, etc. In other words, no
regulation by stealth.
I think that's correct. I read the site fairly briefly.
