Very sorry to hear about your huge losses.
Is the MLM a member of any sort of trade association, direct selling association, anything like that? Have you complained to them about how this MLM operates?
Curious to know how you lost so much money - is this in product which cannot be refunded or in the kind of motivational training materials the Amway organisations sell? Or was it more in travel and other expenses trying to build the thing?
I complained to the Department of Trade and Industry here in the UK about the Amway organisation I was in but as my losses were from the IBS training/motivation
Hope you get some good advice on the legal approach.

before court. I cannot mention their name because I fear their claims.
The case took more than a year now and we are not even half way. It is
obvious that they delay the procedure. They also made known that they
will extend the procedure as long as they can before each rank of
court, until the supreme court. this can take 10 years before a final
judgment will be passed upon them, so I can have back my money lost (
quite considerable USD 100K)
They have the financial resources to do so.
This projected course of things is not satisfying.
Your advice would be much appreciated to put some pressure on them to
settle the case.
