I agree, I am not sure why you are so stirred up over this.
My mother-in-law makes $75/month, working 40+hours/week. A loaf of bread is $1. If you know about the European culture, a loaf of bread a day is staple. Now she is being fed a bunch of crap from an Avon rep that she can make money by simply selling lipstick for $4.99. It doesn't make sense. Most in this town don't have a car, refrigerator or telephone. While I agree that Hungarian women, me being one of them, can wear or buy whatever they want, it does surprise me that an MLM would show up here. Without being disrespectful, many cannot afford dental care and it is quite common to see missing teeth, yet... won't your smile look beautiful with "Ravishing Rose" on your lips? And, if you recruit more people to sell this lipstick, you'll be a financially set. I find it really disgusting.
