lol...don't think I haven't thought of it! But ultimately, I have to be who "I" am
and not who she is. So my gifts to her are gifts that make her happy and
have nothing to do with me.
In a way, dealing with a narcissitic bi polar personality is a lot like dealing
with someone involved in a MLM. They just aren't at fault or wrong about
anything in their realm. So its less about what you can say to them and more
about the boundaries you set for your own life in what you will and will not
accept as treatment. Unfortunately, as many of us have been through, that
often means the loss of someone in your life.
I often mention the cult link as I can completely relate to the experience of
being caught up in the MLM culture. These people become your friends,
your family and the only ones that truly understand you (not really but that is
what they are taught).
