Are you looking for a chance to react and vent? He points out he's a 4
hour drive from the capital, close to the border, and basically in a
very small town. He goes out of his way to point out it's a small
town, very underdeveloped in some ways, so it might well be surprising
to see that Avon has shown up, especially since it'd take, from his
description, a long ride to bring in any products.
