I agree with you, PW - the Corp is INDEED guilty of looking the other
way while thousands of people were scammed. And it happened for
WAAAAY too long.
But the way *I* see it is this: If Quixtar/Amway simply gets out of
the business of MLM...then ALL those AMO Kingpins are going to go
looking for another MLM with which to continue their Tool Businesses.
It's not like they're going to go and get REAL jobs......
So *IF* the Corp stays viable; AND enforces their rules....those
Kingpins might stay put. They may not make as much money as they used
to - but the "average IBO" ideally will be more aware of the optional
tool-and-function expenses and WHERE that money goes?? They'll
understand that they are simply "Amway Distributors" and can make some
extra money.
OK - I'll skulk off to PollyAnnaLand now.....
