Having observed an AMO from afar, so to speak, the one good thing
I've learned is to recognize those catch-phrases that tend to come
along with an MLM pitch....LOL!
guilt is also a very good thing ;-)
But yes, I can see where being involved with a Motivational group
could expose folks to some self-help principles that they normally
wouldn't have encountered - the only problem is that THAT type of
self-help is pretty expensive, as in you have to buy 10 tapes to hear
5 minutes of helpful information ;-)
