There are lots of web info available. Ultimately, your son has been
brainwashed, and will need to process this at his own speed. One
page I find quite telling, though, is this one
http://www.amquix.info/amway_exdiamonds.html
which lists all of the diamonds and above who have determined that
their time is better spent on other endeavours and have left
Amway/Quixtar.
I mean, it's hard to argue with the decision making process of the
trio of Double Diamonds who have left in the past year. (plus all of
the diamonds, and the pair of EDC's in that same time span.)
