My sympathies!! IMHO, here's what you should try.
Ignore him again this once. If he calls you or texts you again, just
tell him that the fact that he is virtually stalking you tells you
that he is a fraud and a fake who is unable(unwilling) to take NO for
an answer - just like that!! (Use the fact that he can't take no for
an answer against him)Ask him what his qualifications are to evaluate
a financial institution, and also suggest that if you cannot believe
everything you read on the internet, how can you believe some hack ?
And if he is already making it big, why does he need you so
desperately that he would stalk you?
You need to tell him point blank that you don't trust a word he says -
a bit easier to do when texting someone - hope it works.
