It may play into the *claims* of Noni, but not because there's any
real evidence that Noni products cure diseases brought on by Western
lifestyle. There are many factors that can result in better health
than that of people who live the way we do.
How does the lifestyle of natives of south Pacific islands compare
with the health of native Americans before the influence of European
culture? There might be a decent comparison there.
Japan is a great example of how Western influence has impacted the
health of a nation.
The relative good health of native islanders is probably more a
condemnation of our Western diet and lifestyle than an endorsement of
Noni Juice. It should be no surprise that they can live on the stuff.
But as we all know, extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof.
And curative claims like those of Noni reps are extraordinary.
