Tell your gf brother to run away as fast as possible. My bf was
involved with Primerica for 7 years. They did a great job of
brainwashing him. They told him not to read the news (ie find out
negative things about Primerica), stay away from negative people
(those that say that Primerica is a crock), and to spend every last
dime on Primerica. Every person a Primerica recuit sees is a
potential client. I saw him try to recruit a guy that was
delivering a matress to my house. My bf went on about the rule of
72. The deliveryman said-no thanks and left hurridly.
He is now working a real 9-5 job that gives him benefits and spare
time. However he still thinks Primerica is the best thing that ever
happened to him. He went from being a highly successful computer
programmer to being a snake oil salesman. Now he is a headhunter. I
keep hoping that one day he will completely break his bound with
Primerica. He still has his IRA with them and insists it is making
great returns.
