You have to know what you are looking for.
I've yet to find a product by an MLM whose analog is not readily
available at your local Kroger, Walgreens, or other national grocery
or pharmacy chain.

Has whoever was thinking of Noni in vending machines looked at the
cost of the insurance on those vending machines? And also looked at
the cost of insurance for carrying Noni in those machines?
Whilst self-insurance might be possible, I wouldn't recommend it,
unless you can do a quality control analysis on a daily basis.
