No they aren't. They are under Winters. Of course I still have constant contact with them since they work with me. They always tell me these things about "the business" almost on a daily basis....probably so they can let me see that "things are really taking off"..anyways as far as I know they are still under Winters doing Quixtar.

remained with them, (or any of the folks who were terminated by
