That could be from either clicking the send button more times than
intended (I don't use her email program, PegasusMail, so I don't know
if that can happen), a mail server burp (not frequent) or (much more
likely) it could be a Y! issue. They have been known to have serious
problems with their mail servers over a long time. They have so many
mail server issues I've been shocked lately that my posts to some
groups have actually shown up in 5 minutes instead of a few hours.
