YES --- finally got a postcard in the mail today from the claims
administrator and you can go to www.equinoxinternat
the status of your claim and projected amount (mine a measly 700 or
so but hey better than nothing). It now looks real and the money is
coming!!! Yep, I filed over 7 years ago and gave up hope but somehow
they got my change of address but you MUST go to the site and update
your address otherwise if they don't have it current in the system
you may be denied. There is a cutoff date of 12/3/07 to do that and
make sure you put your ssn# as the distributor id - I had forgotten
that and tried the claim number and of course it didn't work.
What really burns me is that Gouldd is still out there ripping
people off - not sure where but he should have been put in prison
for what he did. No question about it. Justice american style - the
rich get off easy.... nuff said. Good luck to all of you in the
settlement who read this. All I can say is Karma kicks ass and
Gouldd will have to face the ultimate of that after he dies. No
escape you *%*%^*&^*.
