Hello Freida,
I had a similar scenario. I was lucky I didn't get audited. My husband
was also shocked when we did those taxes last year. I think the IRS is
getting more involved because they do see how much money people are
loosing in this business. Just be greatful you didn't get audited like
I'm sure some other people in the mlm industry have. This is just my
assumption.
