as to assimilation, well, i do think that "over the counters" like
myadec centrum etc. are a bit scatty with amounts, quality and what
form of minerals and vitamins they use. they are owned by big pharmas
as the "generic" formula, named or not they aren,t that good.
chelation and standardised natural based..no way! they are cheapest
synthetic forms- in minimal amounts -to be able to be regd as a vitamin
product! Generally Regarded As Safe...most have none or little research
on their brews...they use a list of min levels as a base and
occasionally increase some like vit c and e , a bit more than baseline.
add to this the fact...REMEMBER PAN??? in australia! they outsource!!
and if the dog and other food scandals havent opened your eyes...well
it is all the same goop, different label! and as to individual runs and
proper total clean between items...uh-uh.
could guarantee that machinery was spotless before next item...there

in australia 1 yes 1!! only company is listed in the MIMS,(for
antioxidants ,and multi vit minerals. i will let you go and find them
so as i am not accused of supporting a company!
i admit i do use this companys products, this listing is one reason,
the other is they work!
