Eating for A's, just to name a few. My goal is to try to get most of
what I can with food. We have to eat any way. I only take a few
supplements as needed per day. I take a multi enzyme complex and some
aloe juice and flax seed oil every so often. That is it. That is why
I cringe every time I hear about the latest cleansing product, uhg.

hi janine, great! i wish a) i could buy affordable food,
b) it was fresh!
i looked at list of hat i should eat to ingest the req,d volumes of
vit mins enzymes etc...sheesh! i,d never fit into a 12 again, and i
am an 8 now!
i,d also never get far from a kitchen!
or a sink...:-)
i surmise a lot of our ancestors early deaths were not just due to
hard work and injury but long term malnourishment.
more, but still have same issues but for different reasons. companies
adulteration,
bad handling..
what is sold as a cake ,pastie etc bears no resemblance to what i
cook, costs 5 times as much, and is a chemical soup of the maker
knows what...maybe?
a well documented supplement is invaluable.
cheers and all the best! Laurel
