and any that could be dangerous in high doses or long term usually
say that. mind you my neighbour took so much celery seed she made
herself ill, loking for a BIG diuretic effect..she self diagnosed and
self medicated..bad move as oedema was from heart related issues. her
husband took so much Vit C he turned the top of his grey hair Orange!!>>
This is an example why anyone considering taking some sort of
supplement from *anywhere* should check it out with their doctor. As
far as an MLM supplement goes, I would think that any product that
made strong claims of over-generalized benefits should be looked at
with a critical eye, both before one decides to take the product AND
before one tried to sell it to others.

And a little nitpick here, but it's called a kippah (pronounced
key-pah) or a yarmulka (pronounced yah-mah-kah)
