Here's my note of support. You write clear, concise responses to
people's posts here, and take the time to explain (more than once if
necessary) if someone doesn't understand what you've posted.

That's one reason I don't post a great deal here. Being misunderstood
and having to post a defense can be emotionally wearing, if it happens
often.

Amazon.com sells all sorts of things. I found Al Dente brand spinach
fettucine on Amazon.com, of all places. (Side note: it's good stuff,
and I've been looking for a vendor ever since my local Fresh Market
stopped carrying that variety of Al Dente fettucine.) Caveat emptor
applies to wherever I shop, for whatever I'm shopping for.

No worries. Everyone needs to vent now and then, and you've taken a
lot of flak here recently.
"cstargio" definitely owes you an apology. BioLean II (whatever that
is) may be a sore spot with him/her, but when I read cstargio's
emotional post, my first thought was, "Whoa, Nelly! Calm down!"
