Hal, I understand your concern, but I should also point out that this
discussion is primarily between you and Dawn, even if it happens to be
in public view.

For my part, I continue to let Dawn's messages through because I think
the discussion is valuable to the group. The point of this group is
not to close down any and all discussion on the possible benefits of
MLM. It is to help those who have been harmed to understand how the
scam worked and to communicate that to anyone else who cares to read
about it.

Sometimes, I think that requires someone who will argue the other
side. Whether it is to actually defend an MLM or simply to play
Devil's Advocate makes no difference to me. Someone who is not here
to prospect or promote but simply to defend what he/she is doing is
likely to offer a more impassioned defense than someone who is arguing
for argument's sake.

Sometimes it can be difficult to break into a two-way conversation,
even if it might be comforting to the two participants. That may be
what's going on here.
