hi, as someone who is a happy user of a particular brand that has
worked amazingly well.
ok as with ANY drug natural or man made, the onus is on you to ask
your gp (who usually knows Naff all about it) 3 month max on
nutrition in 7 years?? DUH! and then go suss adverse reactions on web!
and not! on the drug makers site either...guess what? they lie like
pigs inS...t doubt that? well go to todays(23 may 07) NYTIMEs and
read about the diabetes drug issues, and statins etc etc.
seriously, if you have any sort of IQ you can read a label, you can
compare amounts, you can seek recommended daily amounts and
interactions.
just quietly myadec and centrum are freely available but of dubious
quality and worth. but as they are marketed heavily people ASSUME
they are tested and safe...they arent!
i sussed herbalifes products and almost fell off the chair laughing!
ditto neways..amways is someone elses under their label...always! and
usana is wally world unlimited.
none of these co,s have a crackers worth of real statistical data to
back up a claim.
i took my companies products for 3 months to evaluate myself.then i
got my gp to do blood tests! the results were amazing. cholesterol
down by 4 points!i can feel and see visible results. that is the
marker. i also have spent months researching all claims, no way am i
going to refer anyone to a product i can,t back up...pity some GP,s
don,t also have this ethic! statins/ vioxx/zoloft.
killed me!
that was before i learnt to evaluate any item i purchase seriously.
and actually those experiences are why i know to be smarter now.
as to who sells an item..well private or commercial, there are dodgy
bros allover. caveat emptor applies to everything.
all i know is i will be taking my brand for the rest of my life as i
am convinced!
ps as to interactions.
good old liquorice can be fatal. and grapefruit and statins -not just
MOAI,s also do not mix..be warned.
