goods should be evaluated under a "rule of reason test" rather than
automatically condemning the practice as per se illegal.

With this ruling it is theoretically possible for MLMs to clamp down
on eBay and related sales. Has anybody any suggestions on how to find
out/track MLMs that adopt this tactic?
