Any chance you could post a few examples? It might make the point about
how an IBO could get so caught up in seeking wisdom from the man
behind -- er, the Great and Powerful Oz.

Which is sad, because it is those who were in a group who are best at
working with people in it or helping those of us dealing with someone
who is in such a group.
