What to do depends upon the type and amount of debt that you have.
And what the amount and type of your assets are.

IF you own your house, and have a fair amount of equity in it, then
use that equity to consolidate all your debt. Do not obtain or use
any credit until you have, at a minimum, paid of the home equity loan.
Switch to cash only for all purchases. Physical cash, not checks.
not credit cards. not debit cards.not money orders.

Back around 2005 Herbalife (Canada) was convicted of being a pyramid
scheme. At about the same time, one of the Herbalife motivational
organizations settled out of court, on a "pyramid scheme case". The
briefs filed with the court supported the theory that the motivational
organization would have lost the civil suit, and met the
qualifications defined in California law for "an endless chain"and
federal law for "a pyramid scheme".

They either settled out of court, or pled "no contendre" in either
Australia or New Zealand in a pyramid scheme related cases back in
2005-2006.

The pricing structure of Herbalife pretty much ensures that you won't
make a decent profit on retail sales.

I'd suggest dropping Herbalife now. You can obtain similar products
for less, from your local brick and mortar stores. You can also
return product purchased within the last year, that is in salable
condition, for a 90% refund of the purchase price. (Note: Whilst that
is their official policy, there unofficial policy is to deny the
refund, because the product is not in salable condition.)

For your customers that have become physically addicted to one or more
ingredients in the Herbalife products, your options are to either
point them towards other products that contain the same ingredients,
or to a rehab program that focuses on those ingredients. (For a
number of reasons, a general drug rehab program is not suitable.)

For the customers that simply want the weight loss effects, use the
only product that their Nobel Prize Winner has publicly endorsed in
the academic/medical literature.
