My thoughts exactly. It just makes me wonder by their reply, that it is
just a rumor. It would seem they would have responded to the question
by stating the rumor is untrue. E-mail them and see how they respond.
Have you been keeping up on all the motions filed by both sides. The
one on the 12th in California will continue on the 19th.
