Apparently, there is more than one answer to this question. :-)
I define an AmQuix Kingpin as someone in the highest ranks of the IBO
leadership who knows about the scam, knows that it is hurting the
majority of IBOs below them, understands how it works and how it hurts
and STILL DOES IT ANYWAY because of 1.) greed and 2.) pressure placed
upon them by other Kingpins not to reveal what they know.
There are leaders as high up as Triple-Diamond who appear to be
unaware of the harm they are causing. Neither the pin level nor the
size of the group automatically determines the Kingpin status,
although the size of the group and the mindset of the leader can be a
determiner of who becomes a Kingpin.
I believe Kingpins number around a couple dozen, give or take a few.
There is no way to document it.
