There have also been many cases of a company not liking what a site
says, complaining to the hosting company and the hosting company
shutting down a site without knowing what they're doing. In several
instances I have read about, the hosting company could have been found
liable for things such as interfering with free speech or, if the claim
was made based on the DMCA, they didn't make sure the request was in
line with the law.
